Поздравляем владельцов, ведущих и всех участников, задействованных в радио-служении на наших местных радиостанциях и проектах, таких как: “Портлендское Христианское Радио“, “Русское Радио 7“, “Доброе Радио“, “Russian Christian Radio Center”, “Голос Мира”, “Волна Счастья”, “RadioMV”, “Slavic Family TV” и другие!!!
7-го мая 1895-го года русский физик Александр Степанович Попов осуществил первый сеанс радиосвязи и продемонстрировал миру первый радиоприемник.
Впервые эта дата была торжественно отмечена в России в Мае 1925 года. Это был тридцатилетний юбилей радио. Предыдущие круглые даты прошли незамеченными. Это можно объяснить сложностью политической обстановки в России тех лет. Двадцатилетие радио совпало с разгаром первой мировой войны, во время двадцати-пятилетия в стране шла гражданская война.
Полувековой юбилей радио совпал по времени с победоносным завершением войны с фашистской Германией. 2 мая 1945 года вышло Постановление Совета Народных Комиссаров СССР о праздновании пятидесяти-летия со дня изобретения радио Александром Поповым. Учитывая роль радио в культурной и политической жизни общества и в обороне страны, правительство решило установить 7 мая ежегодный «День Радио».

К настоящему моменту радиосвязь прошла огромный путь в своем развитии, и сегодня технологии связи являются неотъемлемой частью нашей повседневной жизни.
Современный информационный бум — результат труда многих поколений ученых, инженеров, техников — всех, кого судьба связала с отраслью связи. И потому, День радио можно смело назвать праздником работников телевидения, радиовещания, почтовиков, связистов, коротковолновиков — радиолюбителей. Всех, кто оперативно информирует нас о важнейших событиях, происходящих в стране, объединяет человеческие дела и мысли, а в нашем случае Русское Христианское Радио объединяет духовные дела и мысли, и укрепляет наше с вами русскоязычное общество в это нелёгкое и непростое последнее время.

Congratulations to the owners, moderators and all the actors involved in radio ministry at our local radio stations and projects, such as: “Portland Christian Radio”, “Russian Radio 7″, “Kind Radio“, “Russian Christian Radio Center“, “Golos Mira”, “Volna Schastiya”, “RadioMV”, “Slavic Family TV” and others!

May 2, 1945 the Resolution of the Council of People’s Commissars of the USSR on the celebration of the fiftieth anniversary of the invention of the radio by Alexander Popov. Given the role of radio in the cultural and political life of society and in defense of the country, the government decided to set May 7th annual “Radio Day”.
To date, the radio has come a long way in its development, and communication technologies are now an integral part of our daily life.
